    We accept PayPal and most major credit cards through a third party processor, Stripe. Purchasing via either of these methods ultimately means that you agree and accept to either PayPal or Stripe's terms and conditions. Paypal & Paypal accept all major credit cards and payments through registered and unregistered user accounts. All prices are in USD and credit cards/PayPal accounts will be debited in the USD currency. Dapper Outfitters' reserve's the right to refuse/cancel any order at any time necessary. Please send us an email at Hello@DapperOutfitters.com if any payment issues arise and we will happily resolve the problem.

    Right to Returns

    We understand that purchasing clothing online can lead to sizing issues, this is why we offer a 7 day exchange-option on all products purchased from www.DapperOutfitters.com with varying sizes, this does not include custom suits. This 7 day period begins from the day of it's arrival. All goods returned for exchange must be unused and with their original packaging intact. We will not exchange products which have been scuffed, marked or have any signs of wear. In the event that a product is returned but we have redeemed it as showing signs of wear, we will be able to return the product to you however you will be responsible to re-pay the shipping fee. Dapper Outfitters is not responsible for the exchange postage fee's and is not responsible for any returned goods being lost in transit. 


    Velvet Slippers - We offer a 7 day exchange-only policy for all velvet loafer purchases, you will just be required to re-pay and postage fee's. Please see our 'Size Guide' tab located next to the 'Description' pair's listing.
    Ties - One size fits all! Because of this we cannot offer returns on any tie purchases.
    Socks - One size fits all! As with our ties we cannot offer returns on any sock purchases.
    Accessories - One size fits all! Because of this we cannot offer returns on any accessory purchases sorry.
    Custom Suits - We believe a suits fit is as important as the garment itself, because of this all of our suit options are made-to-measure. With having our suits made-to-measure this requires you to give us a series of measurements to work with, these measurements will be sent to you within 24 hours of completing a suit purchase. Ultimately if you provide the correct measurements, your suit will fit perfectly. We unfortunately are not able to offer a refund on our custom suit selections so please make sure the measurements you provide are correct.

    Shipping & Handling

    Your purchase will be posted from Dapper Outfitters within 2 working days although same-day postage is highly likely. For Australia orders, your purchase will be sent and will arrive within 2-6 business days. For International orders, your purchase will be sent via Australia Post and will arrive within 6-15 business daysWe are not responsible for any delays and errors Australia Post may have although we apologise for the inconvenience. We are not responsible for any customs fees which may be incurred on your packages delivery. Any postage issues will have to be followed up with Australia Post who may be contacted via the following link https://auspost.com.au/help/?ilink=ff-help-1#/. 

    Order Confirmation

    You will receive an order confirmation email from us once you place an order. Please take note of your details and if they are correct or not, if you realise after placing an order that the order is incorrect please contact us at Hello@DapperOutfitters.com immediately. If you were unable to contact us prior your packages dispatchment there is unfortunately little we can do. If the package goes un-claimed and is returned to our facility we will be able to re-send the package to the correct address, you will simply be required to re-pay the standard postage fee.

    Order Cancellations

    We do our best to give our customers the most up-to-date information on our website. However we do reserve the right to cancel any orders where there has been a technical error. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please make sure you do so as soon as possible as once your package has been dispatched you will be required to pay the postage fee to return the goods.
